ABOUT DARTMOUTH ARC
The Lilywhites
Situated on Sandquay Road, just off the North Embankment, Dartmouth ARC has a beautiful spot on the river; perfect for getting afloat. Established in 1869, the Dartmouth crews have been immensely successful over the past 150 years - from Henley winners to Atlantic Ocean rowers, we're proud of our members, past and present.
Affiliated with the West of England Amateur Rowing Association (WEARA) and governed by British Rowing, Dartmouth ARC and their qualified coaches provide the opportunity for participants of all ages and abilities to experience the sport of rowing and all it has to offer.
Rowing is a team sport, which means we inevitably spend a lot of time together! Rowers, coxes, coaches, parents, the list goes on. DARC acts as more than just somewhere to train - we are a friendly, welcoming group of people with social events and activities to take part in off the water too.
